As pointed out, the Covid 19 virus has caused Commissioner Goodell to set up a totally new Virtual Draft this year.
Every year the clubs meet to draft their hopeful new superstars, who all involved, hope & pray for that elusive Super Bowl ring.
For those of us who are neck deep in Fantasy NFL this is our first chance to upgrade our teams.
The key positions we all chase are Quarterback, Wide Receiver, Running Back & Tight End.
Let’s have a look at the array of talent about to hit the draft. We will look at the top 5 plug & play candidates in each spot.
QB 1/ Joe Burrow
2/ Tua Tagovailoa
3/ Justin Herbert
4/ Jordan Love
5/ Jake Fromm

The top 3 are widely expected to be drafted in the top 10, but Tua could drop down the board due to his past injury prone record.
Love might make round 1 of the draft, but is currently dropping down the board.
Fromm is a likely 2nd or 3 round pick which might see him in a back up role this year.
WR 1/ CeeDee Lamb
2/ Henry Riggs 111
3/ Jerry Jeudy
4/ Justin Jefferson
5/ Denzel Mims

Again the top 3 are widely considered to be the elite top 3, but this year the WR class is very deep & talented. All 5 above will be plug & play guns for their new teams. Any teams chasing WR talent will pick up class players well into round 4.
RB 1/ Jonathan Taylor
2/ D’Andre Swift
3/ Cam Akers
4/ Clyde Edwards-Helaire
5/ Zack Moss

All these guys will be heavily chased & will excel for their new teams.
TE 1/ Cole Kmet
2/ Harrison Bryant
3/ Brycen Hopkins
4/ Hunter Bryant
5/ Adam Trautman

This year’s class of TE’s is very light on. Only the top 2 or 3 look like making a big impression in 2020.
The rest will be working hard to lock down a full time spot in their new teams.
I can’t wait for the draft excitement this year as the talent coming to the Big Show is awesome & will have a great impact IF we see games played in 2020.
